How to configure Office 365 to desktop?

First, you will need to start by signing for the office 365 (for first time users). You will need to configure your system to work with office 365 companies. This means that you will have to install the updates from the main office 365 page downloads desktop application and then change the configuration of the system. This article will explain this in a step by step procedure.

To configure the system desktop, do the following:

Install the full suite of Microsoft Office 2010 desktop applications, if you have a subscription of Office Professional Plus.Instalar Lync, your connection from work to Instant Messaging and online meetings, including audio and video.Use your user ID to log on to Office 365 from desktop applications.

3. If you have Microsoft Office Professional Plus, under installation, select the desired language option and choose 32-bit or 64-bit version, and then click install.

4. To install Microsoft Lync, select your desired language option and choose either 32-bit or 64-bit version and click on install.

5 Minor set and configure your Office desktop applications, click on set up. The installation tool starts.

6. Enter using your user ID.

The installation will start by checking the configuration of the system. If the analysis is completed without problems, you will receive a set of options to configure the desktop applications. Important:

Some of the applications may be shadow checkbox. This can happen if your account has not been configured to use this application with Office 365, or if your computer does not have the necessary applications already installed.

8. When completed the installation and configuration, you may have to restart your computer to complete the installation and configuration procedures.

After you run the configuration of Desktop Office 365, a shortcut to the portal Office 365 will be added to the start menu on the desktop.
